And it's touting fishing as one means of spending quality time with a child. There's nothing wrong with that thought.

I'd much rather see a sign telling people to take a child fishing than one that would be more akin to Las Vegas's better known activities. "Take your son to the sports book," or "Take your daughter to The Playboy Club" just wouldn't cut it. So fishing it is.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8841356013250880291.post-64717626507156284752009-01-29T02:06:00.000-08:002009-01-29T02:06:00.000-08:00I dunno, there's a lot that fly in specifically fo...I dunno, there's a lot that fly in specifically for the fishing. Don't you keep up with news?

www.lvrj.com/news/38522339.html

Actually those man made ponds, including Lake Mead, and Lake Mohave have a little more to offer than catfish, and stripers are the big attraction. The first Bassmaster Classic was held on Lake Mead in 1971, and 4 since then. Might explain why there's the really big Bass Pro Shop attached to Silverton. There's even a number of charters around Vegas, check out the pics, some good size fish out there.

www.americanangler.net

You really need to get out more, there's all kinds of secret Vegas stuff out there. :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
