Nevada Lottery Coming?

I've got an NYT piece out today on the debate over whether to allow a lottery in Nevada, one of seven states where it's presently banned. A move to change that -- which would take several years because it involves amending the state constitution -- passed the Assembly last week 31-11, so now it's on to the Senate.
