THE STRIP'S LIVE SHOW IS WEDNESDAY

Sorry folks. Miles wishes to take me out for Friessmas, so we'll convene Wednesday this week at 7:05 pm PT. In honor of this week's 9th anniversary of the debut of "O", we'll have an original "O" performer and an original "Mystere" performer for a Cirque-tastic episode!

Join us at LVROCKS.COM.

Well, then... Happy Friessmas !
Hope you guys have a great night out.

As for '...[falling] out of Madison Avenue's most desirable marketing demographic' (previous post), I'm 38 and that's the single thing that bugs me about getting older - filling out a survey and realising that your 'age group' is 35-50... That and the fact that the software company where I work is starting to hire people that were born in the 1980s. I can actually remember stuff happening to me in those years!

True story: About a week after I turned 35, I answered the phone and was asked if I would take part in a marketing survey. Silly me, I agreed. The first question: How old are you? I just turned 35, I said. Silence. Thanks. Maybe we can use you another time. Have a good day. Click. Needless to say, I don't talk to marketing surveyors anymore.

Happy Birthday! Look at it this way. You are just 15 years away from becoming an AARP member! I hear as a member you can get 2 for 1 dinner coupons before 4pm at Denny's. Sweet.
