Unknown said...: It is probably a nest. We had this with Sparky a few years ago. About this time of year, in or around the pool a bird would attack. Then we saw a hatchling coming out of the shrubs / palms behind our pool's waterfall. Once it was big enough to fly away it stopped, but we couldn't let her out by herself until then. It happened again the next spring, but then the birds must have moved to a new nesting spot and it hasn't happened since.; May 19, 2011 at 12:10 AM
