More on the Tip-Sharing Drama

OK, so it looks like the dealers' union is filing a petition to get the Legislature to take up the tip-sharing issue in its 2009 session (since our Legislature only meets every other year.) Since that's unlikely and lawmakers are likely to refuse, that would then allow them to put something the ballot in 2010.
